Pharmacist with oncology experience
Salary: ₦300,000 gross (Negotiable)
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
Relevant certifications in Oncology Pharmacy.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Pharmacist, preferably in an oncology environment.
In-depth knowledge of oncology medications and treatment protocols.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an oncology pharmacy setting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
Provide specialized pharmaceutical care in oncology.
Dispense and review medications to ensure accuracy and patient safety.
Offer counseling to patients on oncology medications, side effects, and adherence.
Address patient queries and concerns related to their treatment.
Work closely with oncologists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss treatment plans. Monitor and manage drug interactions and potential side effects.
Ensure compliance with established protocols and guidelines.
Oversee the oncology pharmacy inventory.
Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed.
Provide training and education to pharmacy staff on oncology medications.
Adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain accurate patient records.
Participate in internal and external audits as needed.
